Confirmed Hotel Booking was not available on date of stay

Case.1. 160213-018404
Booking ID: NH7106016735656 – I booked this ticket on 03.02.2016 for Sonamarg Hotel however I have not received any confirmation on this booking and after that on 10.02.2016, I called makemytrip office and got to know that this booking is not confirmed and cancelled by MMT team without informing me, my question is how can MMT team take such step to cancel my ticket without informing to me and MMT team did not refund my money also.
After enquiring on 10..02.2016, MMT team provide my other alternate hotels in Sonamarg and I asked to book the alternate hotel after applying the discount coupon and after reverting on that mail, I have not received any response (is this the world class services which you are providing to your customer). Then after dropping another reminder mail to MMT team on 13.02.2016, I got a call from MMT team and she told me they can not apply any discount coupon then I asked her to cancel this booking and finally on 15.02.2016 I got my money back after 12 days.
Case.2. 160301-061209
Booking ID: NH7105917534320 - I booked this ticket on 18.02.2016 for Sonamarg Hotel and got confirmation from MMT team as Confirmed Booking and I was tension free and went to my Honeymoon in Gulmarg on 29.02.2016 and on 29.02.2016, I was checking my hotel details and called hotel also for confirmation and other details and after discussion with Hotel Person got to know that all hotels are close in Sonamarg then I called MMT team how can they confirm the booking when hotel is close. MMT team checked with Hotel person and they confirmed me that yes Hotel is close in Sonamarg and ensured me that MMT team is going to escalate this case and refund my money back and share escalation mail with me however I have not received any mail from MMT team and received feedback mail for stay in Sonamarg Hotel then I reverted on that mail (mail attached) and called MMT team for escalation and refund of my money.
I was on my Honeymoon but because of this I was not able to enjoy as I was busy with Make My Trip team and Sonamarg Hotel for cancellation and all. (what a world class services I was getting)
Then I called MMT team many times for escalation and cancellation of my Sonamarg Booking but did not receive any mail till now and I asked camplaint number but MMT team told me there is no complain number and whenever I called MMT team I need to told whole story about this problem however till now I have not received any escalation mail or booking cancellaion mail of Sonamarg Hotel from MMT team that’s why today I escalated this case thru Online.
I am still struggling with this issue and did not receive any response or on money back till date.
