Sir,I called your trivandrum service number (0471 2115868).and registred an Ac compliant one week back in the name of Suresh k g,Suresh bhavan, anthiyoorkonam, malayinkeezhu.they said will come next day.I waited and took leave also .the next day also I called again said will come.but not yet come.I tried .I called 3 times ...n one came to check.a very bad experience I got .plz take necessary action for my compliant.
