Airtel Signals Low Switch to Reliance Jio ?

I have my office in basantpur sainthli, NH-58, Delhi-Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. this area comes in NCR Region and surprisingly there is so much problem in airtel network. there is very low signal in this area. sometimes i m not able to call and receive. it shows no network. This Problem arise from last 1 month, before that there is not such an issue.
