Greetings of the day.........
I am Alok Kumar S/o Hari Shankar Tripathi R/o of B-14, ward no. 13 Shiv durga vihar lakarpur faridabad haryana 121009.
I have a Royal enfield bike which is insured by TATA AIG for any of the accidental cover. In month of Jul 2017 my bike met with an accident due to which i submitted it into service station which is situated at Faridabad mathura road name HEIGHTEN AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD Faridabad in Aug 2017.
However my bike was insured on zero depreciation but still the deposited toekn money from me and they committed that amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
i was continuosly following there since last one year i sent them mail also but no one respond on that, even they were making wrong commitment with me. It was found that service centre people had not sent file to insurance company that is why company was unable to disburse claim.
