I have purchased Dr.Aquaguard compact    water purifier vide tax invoice no


7165908371 dated 13.11.2015  my customer id no 8000064146   Now the problem


is that machine was installed by their technician on 23.11. 2015


On that day there was no water supply the next day when we started the


machine there was heavy leakage of water from it  we have logged online


complain and their technician  came and checked the machine but again i


faced the same leakage problem


I had to called many a times but there was no response against logged


complain to replace the machine or sort out the problem


The technician have replaced the following item during last visit - Eureka


Forbes. QUARTZ GLASS TUBE (18 X 20 X 265) (P) Qty : 1.000 on 29.12.2015


But then also the problem is not solved


 


Today again the technician has visited to solve the problem but we were


shock to here his answer that the company has stoped replacing the machine


and he will visit again to solve the problem


 


Please inform what can be done as the machine is under warranty

    We had booked a Water Purifier Dr. Aquaguard Compact on 2nd January 2016 via online payment thru your Gruup Customer Sales Specialist - Mr. Sonu Patwa. Order ID is 0998015033. The water purifier was delivered on 7th January 2016 and duly installed on 8th January 2016.

    Their Gruup Customer Sales Specialist - Mr. Sonu Patwa had promised the following which is unfulfilled:
    1. Cover for the Water Purifier
    2. Pipe connecting Water Purifier and Pot
    3. Cash back Rs. 500/-.

    The above things are not delivered.

    Such cheap activities are not expected from a company like Eureka Forbes. For order purposes their sales executive follows up very rigorously and makes false promises. After sales and payment, your sales executive does not fulfill the promises they made. They ignore all my calls and messages which is not expected from an Executive of a big brand like Eureka Forbes.

    There is high regard for Eureka Forbes as we all have been hearing this name since years together. But, this whole deal has left bitterness.

    Eureka forbes gave me the below unprofessional service in Gurgaon but their Customer Service Head or CRM Head didnt take any action against their staff

    1. Eureka Forbes people called me a beggar
    2. Eureka Forbes people called me a 'Gira Huan Insaan'
    3. Eureka Forbes threatened to stop my service despite I having a valid AMC till Sep 2016)
    4. Eureka Forbes threatened to call the POLICE to my house
    5. Eureka Forbes asked me to come to their office to collect the payment, do not know when they have changed their direct to home process or policy.
