We have purchased Aquaguard machine for better quality of water for my family. But since from day 1 after purchase, we had facing lots of problems related clean water as well as machine performance. We had raised so many time complaint to customer care and local person regarding machine failure. Technician do some cleaning or misc work to run the machine at that time. After his visit machine again showing fault and so on. We have asked that person to replace machine with new as it's in warranty, but he replied that we have no policy for this. Lots of time machine is in failure stage till technician visit to our house. Please help us to resolve this problem.
