company name 'nobroker' i take service request for transfer my goods from Bangalore to panipat they take 3000rs advance from me by my credit card but same day i cancel my request and they send me refund related emails and confrom that i get my redund in 7-8 days now its 37th day i didn't get my refund the said now it will credit after 10 -12 days bank fined me 2400 rs because of not paying that amount at this time am jobless because of Corona outbreak how can i pay without money please help me i want my money for pay that bill
