Bookmyoffer.com provided duplicate and faulty product and just showing for replacement.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to register a complaint against the website www.bookmyoffer.com.

As I have purchased a memory card of 64 GB from this site and they have provided Duplicate memory card which is not at all working in any device ad it is Faulty.

It visually appears like original memory card but it is duplicate (Non Genuine).

We have been mailing from last 15 to www.bookmyoffer.com but they are telling their courier person will come and collect in 3-4 days, but nobody has come till date.

We also have contacted via phone they received the call, but now their number is out of service.

Please help to solve this issue as I have paid an amount of Rs.598 for this product.
