LG AC not repaired instead of repeated complaints

I bought an LG inverter AC 1.5 ton worth Rs.42500 on 4th June 2018. Within two months, the compressor was replaced after repeated complaints. Now, the AC is still not cooling and I have done multiple complaints regarding this. The service engineer keeps on bluffing that AC is working fine. And now the warranty period is over and they are charging me for next visit. The company has never bothered to get satisfaction report signed by me and they close the complaint themselves. Kindly get my AC replaced or refund my losses.
