It is submitted that I had done a recharge of Rs 485 on 1303.2023 using PhonePe App for my mobile number 9717329091 the amount has been deducted from my account, but the plans benefits didn't applied on my mentioned mobile number. In this regard I have contacted with the PhonePe customer support they told me that the has been successfully paid to the BSNL for this recharge and they give me a reference ID they also suggested to contact with BSNL customer care, when I called to BSNL customer care they clearly denied to receive any amount for this recharge they also suggest to contact to PhonePe customer support. I again contacted to the PhonePe Customer support they repeat the same thing. Today i.e 15.03.2023 I have contacted with BSNL customer care as well PhonePe but my issue is didn't resolved by the BSNL or PhonePe. Since last two days I am suffering mentally harassment. You are requested to take appropriate action, and please help me to refund the amount or recharge my mobile number. It is also submitted that i have the call recording of both. Thanks with Regards.
