I hve applied for renewal of passport at rpo Ahmedabad dt 15 jun 2016.mean while I was shifted from Ahmedabad to Kolkata.the new address was intimated to them through mail &by speed post.it was dispatched to my old address even after submitting my current address.my passport no is Z3904774 and the file no is AH 2078864909215.
