Dear sir Given my Honda Amaze diesel up32 ew 7652 car to stallion honda workshop lucknow, worst mistake of my life. Want claim damages in the car(insurance) and then normal service , car was given to them on 26/6/2016 they took 45 days for redressel of claim, that also not proper. When service turn came, they called me up and said that there is water in engine, white fumes are coming out and for that we need to open it up and because of water intake the warranty expires Guys 2months you are having my car, when the car was given it was in good running condition, moreover the car is with 4years of honda warranty . If the warranty does not cover damages done by water , still its your fault because i dont know where the water came from reminding you that for past 2 months the car was with you i have the proof and that simply means the cars given to you are not taken care off. And are used personally without informing the owner I have written to honda india and waiting for their response 23/8/16 is the date, more than 2 months and no sign of any hope , and its been more than a week that i have written to Honda India about the situation. People in the stallion honda workshop are misbehaving, and just dont care for the problems of the customer It is a case of mental and monetary harrasement I waited 10 years to buy a car, my hard earning, my family mobilty and everything gone in vain Sir i am a common man with limited money to take care of my Family .If you will not help us then who will.
