Aditya Packers and movers - Charging extra money and not shipping goods

I hires Aditya packers and movers to transport household items from Hyderabad to Rohtak (Haryana) and initially they were charging 8000 but after loading was done they put extra amount of ST charges,LR charges and calculated wrong GST.
After having multiple arguments they corrected the GST but still charged ST and LR charges saying that they have to bribe on the way thats why they are charging.I have uploaded both bill.
They gave me tracking no and when i am checking the online status it is showing no data found and initially they told to ship the goods in 5days but it has been almost 2 weeks and they are always lying that we have shipped your goods. Please take appropriate action against them and force them to return ST and LR amount they have charged even after paying the GST.
When GST is paid why they are charging extra taxes.
