I ordered a speaker on paytm on 21st march under order no.-4829626624,worth rupees-3019,which i paid at the time of placing the order.
The package was shipped but with the wrong product,there was some cheap earphones in the package.
I wrote to paytm customer care,they toldme to return the product but no one came to pick the product and the seller later rejected the pickup and return.
Please do justice to me .
I have been waiting for long for the product i have paid for and I’m loosing the interest money on my money which i paid at the time of placing the order.
The company is totally careless and is not responding appropriately.
