Spares are missing in parcel but company refuse to replace

I bought hp printer model hp deskjet 1112 single function with order id 139570890. I got the parcel ontime and i paid cash on delivery. But when i opend the parcel, i got both black n tri colour inks were missing, power cable was missing, usb cable was missing. How can i accept this. I lodge complaint to customer care for replacement of the same with full reason. They rejected my return request showing that all parts were present. I was very disappointed to see this. I am now lodging a complaint to consumer foram against shopclues.com

    I bought hp printer model 1112 online from shopclues. It was delivered on time, i paid cash on delivery. But when i opened the parcel, i was shocked to see that both catridges were missing. Power cable, usb cable were also missing, cd was cracked. I was very disappointed to see this. So i requested to make replacement to customer care but they refused to replace or return. So i decided to lodge a complaint on consumer forum.
