Had a worst experience on Flipkart ordered a product with Order Id. OD113653362281943000, payment mode pay later due on 10th October 2018, delivered on 23rd October, then placed a return requests two times and both times return request was accepted but on pickup date both requests were cancelled by Flipkart while both times flipkart assured me and told my issue was escalated to the team yet they failed to pickup the product i have been telling them i am heading out of town kindly come and pickup the product further i told them to send me a mail and assure me they will pickup and refund my money if i pay the balance due yet i have not recieved any mail from them, kindly intervene in the matter and expedite the pickup process as i am really fedup with all this.
