Ordered a LG Refrigerator on 24th September but Cancelled by Flipkart on 13th October

Hi Sir,
I have ordered LG 260 ltr refrigerator from Flipkart on 24th September with Order No. OD110311581273632000 of Amount Rs. 19,999 for My relatives at jammu. I was chasing from number of days for product delivery but they are showing in progress. After 15 days they called that they are about to deliver order can they come now as there was no body at home during that time so, we have requested them to come after 3 pm. Then on next day they again showed it is out for delivery around 4:46 pm and at 5 pm showing premises closed. Which is purely cheating. after which they automatically cancelled the order and called me tht your order is cancelled. And on site it is showing tht I have Cancelled order. Due to there this negligence we have lost our offers. I want full amount and Rs 50000 as compensation for harasment
