Flipkart.com Customer Care - Delay in order delivery and cancellation without customer's concent

I ordered Poco F1 64GB Blue smartphone on Flipkart on 29th August, 2018. According to Flipkart the product should be delivered by 1st September, 2018. But the product didn't even shipped by Flipkart on 1st Sept. So I contacted Flipkart's customer support and ask about the delay. They said me my problem will be resolved within 2nd September 5:00 pm. I said if I don't get the delivery within specified time they have to give me a compensation of 1000 rupees because I ordered the product in a special offer where I got 1000 rupees discount. If I order it again I will not get the discount. But Flipkart cancelled the order on 2nd September 2018 without asking me anything. Even they didn't contacted me to resolve my issue which should be resolved by 2nd Sept 5:00pm. That's why I want total Rs.6000 as compensation, Rs.1000 for the offer discount and Rs. 5000 for harassing me.
