Flipkart blocked my account on false allegations

Flipkart has blocked my account on false allegations stating that I have a trend to cancel orders and the items I had purchased are usually not intended for personal use. They have mentioned an order id (OD116256400920025000) in the details. But the order was never canceled and was delivered. And also on recent call with their customer support they confirmed the order was delivered and there is some misunderstanding but they won't unblock my account (I have the recorded conversation). Moreover my account had a gift card added worth Rs. 2000, which they said won't return as my account is blocked. I am attaching the mail conversation and delivery confirmation message.
