THE ITEM HAD THREE MONTHS SELLER WARRANTY!!!!!!
THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED ON 14.05.2018 AND WAS RECEIVED ON 17.05.18 WHICH I MENTIONED WAS NOT GETTING CHARGED. BECAUSE THE CHARGER WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL I THOUGHT FIRST. I COMMUNICATED TO SELLER THROUGH EBAY ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND SELLER SUGGESTED TO BUY A NEW CHARGER MYSELF AND DECIDED TO PAY THE MONEY.
I BOUGHT A NEW CHARGER FROM AMAZON.COM AND SHARED PURCHASE DETAILS THROUGH EBAY MESSAGES AND SELLER PAID RS.100.00 FOR THE PURCHASE THROUGH PAYTM, AS PER COMMUNICATION (ALL ARE RECORDED IN EBAY MESSAGES). I RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FROM A MOBILE THAT BELONGED TO A PERSON NAMED NITIN SOLANKE (SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED) .
EVEN AFTER BUYING A NEW CHARGER I FOUND THE PHONE WAS NOT CHARGING. AND I INFORMED THE SELLER THROUGH EBAY AND A GUARANTEE CLAIM WAS RAISED FOR ME. VIDE CLAIM ID 3577904 SR# 1-160638346166 ON 29.05.2018 . AS PER THIS EMAIL FROM EBAY I SHIPPED THE ITEM TO :

EBAY SAID TO SHARE ME PROOF OF DISPATCH AND DECLARATION LETTER BACK TO THEM AFTER SHIPPING THE ITEM. THEY MENTIONED:
Receipt of dispatch must contain:
1. Seller name, complete address, pin code
2. Buyer name, mobile no
3. Courier charges
4. Weight of the shipment
5. Item name & value
6. Tracking number
The Declaration letter must contain:
1. Content of the package
2. Value of the product
3. Item name
4. Stamp and signature of courier company
I SHIPPED THE ITEM THROUGH DTDC COURIER ON 30.05.18 VIDE TRACKING ID V46962136.
AS PER TRACKING RECORD THE ITEM GOT DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ON 01.06.2018.
I SHARED THE POD AND DECLARATION LETTER (COPY ATTACHED) WHICH CONTAINED SIGNATURE AND SEAL FROM SAME COURIER COMPANY. BUT THE POD DID NOT CONTAIN FULL ADDRESS OF SELLER, WHILE DECLARATION LETTER DID.
I CHATTED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT REGARDING THE ISSUE AND THEY SAID THE DECLARATION LETTER COULD BE ENOUGH FOR RAISING GUARANTEE CLAIM IF IT IS HAVING THE FULL ADDRESS OF SELLER. (CHAT TRANSCRIPT COPY ATTACHED)
BUT AGAIN GUARANTEE CLAIM TEAM REJECTED MY CLAIM. I TALKED FURTHER TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM AND THEY CONTACTED SELLER , SELLER DENIED RECEIPT OF PACKAGE AS EXPECTED , CAUSE THEY ARE FRAUD ENOUGH AND NOT RESPONDS TO CUSTOMER'S MAIL / CALLS.

IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT DTDC COURIER TEAM PROVIDED US WITH DECLARATION LETTER WITH DUE SEAL AND SIGN AND POD CONTAINING DETAILS OF SELLER / BUYER. TEAM EBAY WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THAT THE SELLER WAS FRAUDULENT AND DENYING RECEIPT OF PACKAGE SO I ASKED DTDC TEAM TO SHARE DRS COPY AND THEY PROVIDED.
IT CONTAINS THE TRUE NAME OF SELLER : NITIN , THAT ACTUALLY PROVES MR.NITIN HIMSELF RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON BEHALF OF ELECS DELAS BUT DENYING REPEATEDLY.
THIS IS NOT ONLY HARASSMENT OF MINE BUT ALSO ELECS DEALS (MR.NITIN ) IS MAKING THE NAME OF DTDC ILL RATED WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I AM HIGHLY OFFENDED AND GOING TO PROCEED FOR CONSUMER COURT AND ALSO HUGE PUBLICITY OF THIS FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION OF EBAY AND ELECS DEALS IN DAILY ESTEEMED NEWS PAPERS AND DIGITAL MEDIA AND SOCIAL MEDIA IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN FROM EBAY.
