Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Online Saree with order no.SO240985845 dated 03-01-2020 and deliver dated 05-01-2020. Same day I have returned package with no.SON15780397102520524. My App. update return status. After 08-01-2020 return status deleted from my App. and Customer Care not respond proper. Till date I have not received Refund or Respond.
I am requesting to Please take action against this type of Chrater Online Company.
