BIG TV DISH INSTALLATION, now their web site falsely claiming so.

I have booked for Big TV dish connection on 20.03.2018 vide booking No. 14531847 by payning Rs499/-. The company suppose to instal the dish within 30-40 days. Even now their web site falsely claiming so.

Till date, nothing has been done by the company. Eevery time, their customer service cell representative (1800 200 9001), imcrease the date of installation by a month.

Thousand of persons like me must have applied for the dish connection under the scheme. It appears that company is enjoying interest free money without caring for the applicants for the dish connection. Even now, they are fleecing money by making wrong claims regarding installation of dish connection within 30-45 days of paying money on their web site.

You are requested to take up with the company on behalf of thousands of persons like me for early installation or refund of amount.
