Booking not being done but since last few days booking is not being done

Dear sir,
My consumer no is 22190 and i am trying to refil my cylinder but since last few days booking is not being done when i call to booking no then they told that devaki gas service is not register in their list (0551-2258419).please tell me how to book my lpg cylinder
