Yesterday i went to soch store @ z square mall kanpur..sales person there was so rude n ill mannered..i asked for a party gown..my budget was 5k..
And store has gowns starting from 7-8 k...so he passed a ridiculous comment that at such budget u will get dress only in road side market..never ever this has happened to me before in any store..teach ur staff to be courteous or else ur store goodwill is at stake .very low level staff u hv kept.
