Complaint for Balance deduction Reliance communications

I had done a recharge of 150 rs on 25th aug on my number 9319483002(REliance communication).I also got a message from them of successful recharge But never got that balace they deducted for no reason. When i call customer care they also not able to solve the problem. Please help in this situation and dont do this to your loyal consumers
