Not providing bus / driver details before bus departure and not contacted by driver

I was booked bus tkt through Paytm from Jaipur to gwalior vide PNR 172180386 in Four hans travels but I was not received bus details and driver details before bus departure and no any call received from bus operator, due to which I missed my bus. I also tried to contact with your customer care no. Many times but call not connected. Due to which I loss rs 700 of ticket amount as well as I not reached at destination on time. For this full mistake from Paytm as well as bus operator. Request help for refund my tkt fare as well as trouble/harrasment.
