Not rescheduled my tickets on time

I booked flight tickets from jaipur to doha for the first time with easemytrip.
I mailed them continuously for a month to get my ticket rescheduled and asked for any date from October 2023 to March 2024 but their only answer was that tickets are not available. In the last they called five days before my booking that the ticket is in October but for that I will have to pay more than the rate of the new ticket. Means the money for the previously booked ticket was also gone and if I get a new ticket done forgetting it, it will cost me more. This is the limit, you clearly refuse that we will not reschedule, what are these excuses for? I am going to consumer court against them, if something like this has happened to you too then contact me and take legal action against them.
