Dear goibibo,

The ticket from Jaipur to Ahmedabad was made on June 26.

We had complained about the bus getting damaged on the way. We had to get the refund for this which has not been received yet.

Passenger name:- peeyush mathur, kirti mathur, mayank mathur

Journey date :- 26 June 2022

Bus operators side payment has been initiated but passenger side payment not received. Please into this matter from your end.
