This is to inform you that today I booked an order for bouquet of flowers along with sweets ("gift") to be delivered at the address H. NO B-13/298, Kacha Toba, Hoshiarpur. My order was numbered 1031408. I paid an amount of Rs. 1598/- through my ICICI debit card towards my said order. An amount of Rs. 1598/- was debited from my account. Please note that while booking order I was assured that the gift would be delivered today before 9.00 pm. Please refer to your email. The order was booked as a present to my Mother account of her birthday.

To my utter shock, I received a call from your representative at 7.00 pm informing me that my order could not be delivered today on the ground that your executives could not reach the address where the ground gift was to be delivered. I would have appreciated if you would have informed me in advance. However, on account of your carelesness and irresponsible behaviour my order could not reach reach its destination. If you had informed me that my order could not reach the destination, I would have ordered it from some other vendor. Your above stated conduct clearly amounts to deficiency of services. I have faced mental agony and harassment on account of your deficiency of services.

In view of the above, I hereby call upon you to immediate refund an amount of Rs. 1598/- towards the above stated order. I further call upon you to pay Rs. 20,000/- towards the mental agony and harassment suffered by me. In the event you fail to reply to me within 24 hours, I would be constraint to approach appropriate legal forum. Please note that this would be without prejudice to my rights under law.
