Sir,I booked a hotel room for vacation in jaipur,Hotel sarang palace,yesterday through Thomas cook India on line hotel booking site,I also made full payment online from my Icici Bank account,meerut,U.P.,but because I had to join aseminar of my I.C.A.I,meeting in between,I wanted to cancell that booking,which I could do before 29.3.2018,without any penalty,but thomas cook customer care officials are not entertainnig me since yesterday,even they are not picking my phone as well and also not showing my hotel booking in my profile,which I made yesterday on thomas cook web site,sir my hotel booking reference Number is HO00028538,sir please do somthing immedeately otherwise after 29.03.2018,I would not be able to receive my money back.Thanks&Regards.
