Ajio Shopping APP blocked account and make order non-returnable

In the month of August, I have bought six items from Ajio Shopping App. However, they suddenly blocked my account stating that there is high rate of return from my account. Meanwhilerest of the products are made non-returnable and asked to parcel the items to Ajio, Nagpur address if customer wants to return. I wasn't given any message, call for blocking my account and no solution was provided for the same.

Ajio is selling cheap, substandard product and practicing the unethical business disabling customer's account without even option to return the products.
