Air conditioner, I just buy an A.C from flipkart at first they give me a damage product.

I just buy an A.C from flipkart at first they give me a damage product.I will apply for replace. And the replace product arrives to me after 1 month.
But at the time of installation of the A.C they tell me that my installation is done before 13th july,and till that time mine installation is not completed. I contacted to them they give the date of 16th july, but this time also not done. Now,I contact to their higher authority they give me the date of 20th july,but still not completed.Again they told me to stay one more day that is 21st of july,but still today my problem are not resolved.Customer care increasing the date of installation day by day. But now I fell that they are not in the mood of doing this.
I tell them to return my product but they are not doing any thing. And finally my frustration on higher level and I am complaining this to you.
I request you to please concern my issue as soon as it possible
