Pathetic service from onida and defective product sold

I brought this onida 1 ton 3 star ac in march 2015 initially I had issues with cooling.. I called retail shop from where d ac was purchased.. He sent a technician who do nothing but just came to check the cooling.. Which was jus not require as my complaint was abt no cooling.. Later after a weeks time a technician from onida came.. N he said it's d has problem.. So he came n refilled d gas.. Later in winters I dint use the ac on a daily basis.. But used to turn it on a few times in a week to make sure the product doesn't get spoilt.. Later in march 2016 (this year) the ac again started leaking gas.. N re bolts of the outdoor unit.. Started forming ice on it.. And it wasn't giving me cooling.. So I called the retail shop as contactin onida is a nightmare.. Absolute pathetic custiker service n also pathetic complaints desk.. So after several visits to the shop a tecnician from onida turned after maybe 15 days.. N has refilled d gas as it was d same problem again.. It's been jus around 10 days.. D outdoor unit has again started forming ice n water droplets on d bolts.. N again d cooling is gone.. Now wen I asked d shop.. They say it's out d warranty n I will have to pay for the bloody repair.. Ideally it was a fault from the very beginning.. N now this ridiculous company onida is asking me to pay for the bloody repair.. Jus take your good for nothig product n give me my money back or jus replace d outdoor unit or d entire product..
