I booked a hotel in GOA on 9/11/2017 through make my trip website from 10/11/17 to
14/11/2017(4 days) and paid full amount rs. 18860/-online in advance.Booking confirmation e-mail also received and confirmed through
mobile no 9765663204(given on confirmation letter). However on reaching the allotted (The M Business Hotel, GOA)
hotel manager denied the booking also the above mob.no.did not
responds.The hotel manager also given in writing that mmt site not booked
room at all. I ALSO Lodged complain many times through sms/mail to
mmtsite. At last I FORCED TO STAY WITH FRESH BOOKING IN SAME HOTEL.
THERFORE i request you kindly see my case and settle quickly.
