defective ordered two wall climbing cars in that one is not working

By seeing the car it was looking like a second hand car i ordered two wall climbing cars in that one is not working at all and its remote also is not workin and in second car its remote is very loose and cannot be handled it was sold by smiles creation in amazon. I ordered car with my name and i dont have a bank account but in my family one have bank account i tried to write his name for refund in bank account but they are not allowing to change the name also so i cant send return request also i didnt sended refund request but i sended return request but they dint reviewed it after 48hrs also plz help me.
