My self Govindaraj from Ambattur and I had problem with my Intex Mobile (Which was under warranty ) and then it was submitted to Intex Authorized service Center (Global Communication Service Center ID : 2199-1088-0) on 21st May 2016. Pls note receipt /job sheet number 605215770002T001 .
I have been approached many times with service center and repeated reply was provided by them ( "Awaiting for the spare parts"); since the service center not able to provide the time line for fixing the same ;where i was facing the challenges which affect my business and personal important calls.
May request the service center /Intex fix the issue asap otherwise request them to provide the replacement mobile if they are not having the spare parts
May request authorities to take a step on this and provide the solutions
