Poor service mobile Micro Max A116i service center at Nagercoil

Dear Sir,

My mobile Micro Max A116i was given for repair at Micro Max service center at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu on 4 months back. They told me that it was a display problem and to pay Rs 3000 to fix it. I told them to fix it as I was ready to pay the amount. I did not receive any call until two weeks. I had to call the service center to find out whether it was fixed or not. Upon the call I came to know that they fixed it; which took two weeks!

I paid the said amount of Rs. 3000 and got the mobile. I used the mobile for one day and again faced the same problem with display.

I went directly to the service center again and told that I have the same problem. They told they will get back to me and never did. I had to call them up repeatedly to find out what was happening. After 3 weeks of repeated calling they told me to pay again Rs. 3000 to fix it.

I am really unhappy with this service. Request your sincere assistance to the unpleasant service provided to me by this Micro Max service center.
