Technical damage of Iball Slide Tablet

Iball Tablet PC Slide 3GQ45i Meta Grey, Serial NUMBER 911476500083365. Despite my various request, Iball Company not entertained my complaint about the damage of the product. I purchased new brand Iball product on 16/04/2016 and within 10 days it got malfunctioned. Iball Service center at Thrissur, Kerala failed completely to solve the technical problem of the product. First time they repaired and within two days its got again malfunctioned. Second time they repaired and next day its again got damaged, Third time they sent the product to Mumbai Iball Office for repair. I brought this product for some emegency use, but unfortunately it was useless. Now I am borrowing the Tab/Laptop some somebody else to complete my requirements. So I need this product to be replaced without any delay. The Tab gone to Mumbai for repair not yet received back. Under the circumstances, I can not be reliable upon Iball Tab. Also the adapter provided for charging also not working and it also given for repair/replacement, but so far not received back.
