I have bought A mobile phone LETV lecco 1s From flipkart on feb . after 2 month the phone got dead .
I submit the phone to lecco Service center ( Neil communication , Sector - 10, oida ) On 17th may 2016 .
At the time of submitting they told that it will take one week time .after one week service center guy told me you will receive a replacement phone in 25 days .
after 25 days I have called to Lecco customer care sevral time and they said stock not available at this movement wait more 7 days and again and again same answer . now its more the one and half month pass away . But still they are responding same thing of wait 7 days u will get your devise soon .now they have stop responding . they are not in mood to provide my phone back . i dont know what action i have to take against this fraud . I am a middle class family man . i cant afford 11000 rs fraud . Please do the needful help .
