iBall mobile phone replacement

I had purchased iball cobult Solus 2 on dated 12/12/2015 Oder No. 20151212066537 from SHOP CJ after two months the phone started giving problems related to touch & battery and hench I submitted my phone to the authorised service centre at shimla (Hannu Computer) after about 15 to 20 days the phone was returned to me as they said it has been repaired but after 4-5 days the phone again started troubling me with same problems and hence again I submit the phone to the same service centre on 5th March 2016. My complaint (no.ibcc-41726) registered at iBall customer service. Now it’s been about more than 1 month the phone still with service centre and when I try to contact iball customer representative they told me that they will provide me new phone iball cobult Solus 4g. This has specification not good as my original phone which I had purchased.

    i m anil chavan i m live in solapur..i m a customer of i ball company... last 2 monts my mobile giving a network problem... i was submitted in service center..( my mobile is in warranty)...but they r not cure ..after they service center r the sending my mobile for replacement (date: 17/3/2016) and telling me a they collect after 20-25 days...i was going to collect(12/4/2016)...but they r telling have some issues... in transportation... so u come after 1week..i was gone(18/4/2016)..after they tell ur mobile is nt coming ...so i was calling to i ball customer care(date 18/4/2016)....they giving me a assure to take mobile Saturday (in service center ) n today is Saturday I was going to service center but m mobile is not coming ....company is also giving me assure but not a well service.... Last 2 mont ago I was live without my mobile they also give problem... And service center nt giving my mobile...
