Compaint against cool pad mobile company service centre

Myself Robin Reji from cochin.I own a coolpad dazen 1 handset.Last 4
months iam running after the service centre for service of my handset
.On march 2016 I submitted my phone for display problem and they
promised me to replace display within 15days but they took around
2months to replace the display.But as soon as I got the phone serviced
many other complaint aroused due to the poor service of the
technician.so again I went to the service centre for repair and they
concluded to replace the motherboard within 15days.I submitted the
phone on June 13th and they promised me to replace within June
30th.Again on jully 1st I called and enquired about phone and they
informed that the spare is still out of stock and ask me to wait for
another 15days.later on jully 15th I went to service centre and they
are telling that there is no response from company and the Custumer
need to contact the company directly for replacement of board or
replacement of the phone as the motherboard of this phone is not
available in india.If the custumer need to contact the company directly why should the company appoind a third party .I asked for written memo about this and they have
given me the memo.I have asked for toll free number of cool pad and
they have no idea about toll free number.This service centre is an
authorized service centre and they Dont have any idea about toll free
number .smart technologies is the agent and this is the worst service
centre in cochin they are running like a local mobile service centre
.Because of the irresponsibility of the technician my phone got
complaint.I can't wait anymore regarding ma phones service .pls take a
immediate action for refunding the money i have spent for purchasing this phone.I have spend rs 7800 for purchasing this worst phone in india which dont have any basic quality.my job card number is JS16061501014.so pls take
necessary solution for refunding the phone as soon as possible as iam
facing different compaint after purchasing this phone.
