My name is koushik roy. I purchased a mobile phone (xiomi mi4i) of company Xiomi by Flipkart through Invoice no # CHN_PUZHAL_0120151100124273 with one year warranty.
Within few months of purchase. I started facing problem with my set. I approached various Xioi authorized service center, but they refused to response because the mobile set is purchased online from Flipkart. At the end I went to dhanbad mi4i service centre on 22nd of may and they have issued a jobsheet no js16052300672
With complaint
1. Screen hanging and low touch sensitivity .
2. Double tap not working
3. Low touch sensitivity
4. Screen is not locking
5. Touch Screen not working
6.Phone over heating
I have approached and launched complain 3 times in service center with in one year warranty period but company service center neither resolve my issue nor replaced my mobile phone .every times they said that the parts are not available..and now a days did not receive my phone…
I have invested not only my precious time, money to travel service center but also suffered with so much of mental torture by service center person.
I request you to take my case on priority to provide appropriate compensation and new mobile set.
