Xiaomio service center deny to provide service when device was in warranty

I have submitted my Mi4i Mobile phone to Mi India kalachocki service center after 3 Month Mi India has given me Redmi Note 3 as replacement for my Device Mi4i at the time of providing me replacement for device service center guy info me that this replaced device will be given an extended warranty for 6month which would be provided only on this service center when I asked for charger than service center guy misbehave with me Given me bad words & Push out of service center also they didn't provide me charger along with replaced device Regarding this issue have complained mi India customers helpline online COMPLAINT NO :- 160807006535 & JOB SHEET NO :- WXIN1607150001946.
they also did provide me any resolution on 1st of march when I again revisited the service center as my replaced device was not working they deny me to provide any service Regarding this I have make an complaint on customers helpline with same complaint number but no response from there side than almost after 4month with continuous follow up online. Customers service online told me to revisit the another service center with the device.By that time I had already open my device outside form unauthorised service center which I inform the online services center person than also he told Me to revisit the new service center located at CST Mumbai .when I visited the CST service center they check my device & didn't except it & return me my device as it is. told me that device is outside warranty & at best the can provide me 30% discount on repairing charges which was approx 10000 rs according to them .
When I contacted the customer care regarding this they inform me than my device is out of warranty But when my device was in warranty than why didn't they provide me service
I want to make an complaint against service center guy. Want my device to be repaired.
