Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered Apple iPhone 5s - 64 GB - GOLD - Smartphone" Rs.20,260/-
(Item ID: 142101084073) from seller "newmob2016" has been delivered by E-bay, I was trying so many time to activate but not activated, Soft ware downloading problem also observed, Lastly I visited to apple customer care service center, but they refused because that mobile model was 5C in place of 5S this was not working in India,
Kindly help me to resolve the problem
