I had purchase a mobile Redmi 3S prime on date 13.11.2016 from M.I. dealer which detail is
Balaji communication & Electronic,Shopno-2,complex market,opp.Gupha restaurant,Ambedakar Chauk, Ballabgarh, Faridabad,121004.
Bill no. of Mobile is 10738.
Mobile I.M.E.I. no.1-863406030983881

After 7 month from mobile purchase date mobile not working.After problem I visited several times to M.I. service center regarding my mobile issue.But M.I. service center not receive & not solved my mobile complain.After that I had visited to M.I. dealer He is also not solved my mobile problem.
So, I request you please help me about my Mobile issue.
