I bought a Sansui Horizon 2 mobile on 29 May from Flipkart. It was defective. So i lodge a complaint for replacement as per policy. Coempany replaced mobile and sent to me another product on 1 June 2017. The replacement was also defective. So i again lodge complaint again. The company told me to go customer service centre of the mobile company. I was agreed and told company to provide customer centre details of the mobile company. The company gave me too many numbers of centre but all were not responsive. I put mails and calls to customer service centre of Flipkart again and again. But company demanded me time again and again and told me to wait and the company provide me detail on 15 June i.e 15 days from the date of delivery and that is beside his 10 day policy of replacement. And company dont tell as per his policy that they will replace only once. So i want this tym refund of my mobile product
