Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a mobile handset of your esteemed company on December, 2017. The model no is Nokia 5. After 3 months software related problems have started to hamper the performance of the mobile. Thankfully the issue was resolved in 2 days.
But after 1 week of the previous issue I have started to face another problem, my screen has become blank, I could not see the display. I have reported the issue to the vashi sector-30A,Navi Mumbai service centre(Ammar Associate), they have told me to keep the phone with them, after a day they told us the issue was hardware related and it would come under warranty and I would get the phone in 2 weeks of time. Since then it has been 4 weeks and I have got no response from your side. My jobsheet no is 216504867/180512/004 and my IMEI no is 357278084322412.
