Complaint Motorola india mobile exploded, major safety issue

I purchased Moto E plus last year, Recently it got exploded making injury to person holding it. i have gone to service center submitted burnt mobile pieces they have not Responded yet about their next move, now i dont want any Replacement Motorola product, i am looking for my money back please help me

    I requested otp during my transaction to recharge from Jio money app using my card. The moment otp sms received by my phone, Jio money app automatically submitted the otp and the transaction was made successful. But what exactly need to happen was the app should ask me to submit the otp or to cancel the transaction..but it doesn't happened..what should I do..and the customer service is not providing me the complaint number regarding the same..what should I do.. because it's a concern for my financial security
