Loan Sanction but not disbures

Dear Sir,
I am Ashish Kumar S/o Sh. Mukesh kumar R/o MB 39 Shakarpur Delhi 110092.
On 23 Dec'15 i applied a Home Loan in India bulls to Mr. Pradeep and ask him to arrange loan as soon as possible and Mr. Pradeep ask me for Rs. 100000/- to sanction and disburse loan within a week and ask me to provide all docs of Property and my, as I found a property in sonipat Haryana of Rs. 1560000/- for an Duplex Flat in Sec-56 of Housing Board
On 24 Dec'15 I provide all docs to Mr. Pradeep and his Boss Mr. Nitin with chq. of 1100/- as processing fee, after a week a got a call from Mr. Pradeep that your loan is approve but you need to given copy of property again and on 29 Dec'15 Mr. Pradeep gave me copy of approval and took Rs. 5000/- and again asked me for property docs and l gave all docs again to Mr. Pradeep on Mail
After few days (7 Jan’16) Mr. Pradeep called me and again asked for color copy of docs on mail and I visited sonipat ask the owner to given me color copy of property papers and send it to

On 15th Jan’16 Mr. Pradeep send me a SMS and pick that ask for “Conveyance Deep 6734 Date: - 19/09/2013, In Favour of Sh. Barkha Ram S/o Sh. Karat Ram” is required and on very next day I gave Mr. Nitin all docs of property along with Deed 6734 date 19-09-2013
After couple of days Mr. Pradeep and Nitin inform me that your loan against the property is been approve and you can go for this property and you need to come at our branch with Agreement to Sale with Owner Pan Card, ID & address proof , updated bank statement and cancel chq. and again I went to sonipat and Agreement was done between owner and me I gave Rs. 5 Lac to owner and rest on day of Registry on 10 Feb’16 and took all required docs from owner and gave it to Mr. Pradeep & Nitin in India bulls branch Noida Sec-63 and Rs. 4500/-, Mr. Pradeep & Nitin ask me and my father to sign KIT and gave as sanction letter and told us that you can disburse your loan after 2 days whenever you want
On 3rd Feb Mr. Pradeep inform me that your chq. has been handover to sonipat branch and gave me number of Mr. Grudeep (9899347750) for coordinating for Registry and I called to Gurdeep and told me that I have send the chq. to Kundli Branch to Mr. Arun and the lawyer will be Mr. Raj Kumar Panchal and gave me number of Both the person (Arun – 895000409 and Raj Kumar - 9812041174) and Mr. Arun confirm me that I have received the chq. and you can make your registry on 10th of Feb ’16
On 5th Feb’16 Ms. Parul from India bulls branch call me asked for a copy of docs and told that I have missed your docs and I need to send the docs to Lawyer Mr. Raj Kumar, on same time Mr. Arun called me and he was also asking me the same and on same time I sent a soft copy of docs to Ms. Parul on

On 8th of Feb’15 I called Mr. Arun and ask for Registry but Mr. Arun ask to me to call Noida branch as there was a problem in report submitted by Lawyer (Raj Kumar) so I called noida branch and Ms. Parul told me that we cannot provide you loan as there is a clause in the property and the team in noida office did not saw that
and sanctioned your loan after that I was in trouble as my ATS got expire and the owner deny to extent the time of ATS and India bulls deny to give me loan in the last
I tried to contact the Noida Branch Head Mr. Pankaj Bajaj (9953885131) and Staff: - Shambhu and Harpal but no one helped us after visiting the branch 3 times, at last Mr. Pankaj started behaving rude with me and my wife and ask us to file a case against India Bulls,
We also try to Contact Higher level Mr. Gagan Banga but he did not gave is any reply on mail so at last I sent a mail on 25 Feb’16 to Grievance on grievance_ihfl@indiabulls.com but I did not get any reply from the grievance team and on 28th Feb’16 I got a mail from Mr. Pankaj that Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal wants to meet us and me and my wife visited at Noida office again but still there was no resolution given to us, after 12 day on 12-Mar-2016 we got a mail that we will provide you loan but you need to submit all the docs again and you have to coordinate and conveyance the owner for Registry but the owner deny to extent the time and all my amt. is in mud
Indiabulls whole team don't have any solution for customer satisfaction and they are trying to harass and making fool

Owner had insulted me and my family, when we visited at his place to meet him

All the harrament we have faced just because of Indiabulls & team

Pradeep: - Took 10K for loan
Nitin/Pradeep: - Took copy to docs 5 to 6 time (Soft & Hard copy)
Mr. Pankaj/Harpal/Shambhu: - Did not give any proper response on call or the time of visit at Noida 63 Branch
Parul/Gurpreet/Arun: - asked me to send all the copy of registry on day of my disbursement/ Registry "don't now for what"
