I have bought Dell laptop 4 months ago, after four months there was a hard drive issue, called Dell customer care and I got a technician to replace the hard drive after replacing harddrive technician didnt install operating system properly and he didnt optical drive properly, which lead to improper function of laptop and optical drive is not detecting, after this i called to dell customer care. they are not responding properly and disconnecting the call, which is hampering our business,
